Business days are Mon-Thurs: Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days

All shipments are processed through USPS. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 14 days of receiving the candle(s) at to inform us of the damage. To complete your refund or exchange, we ask that you provide a photo of the damaged items. We will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, you may choose another product of the same price or we will refund the full purchase of your item.
