All shipments are processed through USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 14 days of receiving the candle(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the damage. To complete your refund or exchange, we ask that you provide a photo of the damaged items. We will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, you may choose another product of the same price or we will refund the full purchase of your item.
